Allanの旅から感じるピラティス
When I was riding my bicycle around the world, many people always come to me, wondering about where I come from or what my name was. I really enjoyed sharing my experiences with any one, I consider it like a little price to pay for being in another country.
世界中で自転車に乗っていると、どこから来たのか、自分の名前は何なのかと、いつもたくさんの人が来てくれます。私は自分の経験を誰とでも共有することを本当に楽し見ました。他の国にいることに対して支払うのは少しの代償のようだと思う。
I was traveling with my own savings but every time I have a chance to earn some money, I didn’t think it twice. I’ve worked fixing things, painting houses, doing landscaping, peaking fruits, teaching English or Spanish and even cooking.
私は自分の貯金を持って旅行していました。時にはいろんな仕事を手伝うときもありました。物事の修理、家の塗装、造園、果物の収穫、英語やスペイン語の指導、さらには料理をすることもありました。
Every time I crossed one border to another country, I had the same feeling about starting a new chapter. That’s a fact, just think about it, new culture, new language, new currency. Visas can be an issue some times, a lot of papers and money but with a little bit of time everything is possible.
For countries like Japan, I am granted to come without visa.
ある国境を越えて別の国に行くたびに、新しい章を始めることに、同じ気持ちを持っていました。それは事実です。新しい文化、新しい言語、新しい通貨についても考えます。ビザが問題になる場合もあります。それには、たくさんの書類とお金がかかりますが、それが全て揃うと、あっという間にビザが取れます。
日本のようにビザがなくても滞在できる国もありました。
What does it feel to be alone? 孤独とは何？
Did I feel alone sometimes? Yes, I did. I’ve spent many days by myself in the middle of nowhere, just riding, reading even singing or just looking at the sky and wondering about my life. And from all that thinking I’ve done one thing is for sure, I´ll never ever regret about the decision of leaving home and travel.
私は時々孤独を感じましたか？と尋ねられると、はい、と答えます。私は何日も一人で、ただ自転車に乗ったり、歌を読んだり、空を見たりして、自分の人生について考えてきました。そして、私は、1つのことをやり遂げたと思っているので、家を出て旅行するという決断を後悔することは決してありません。
What is food?食べ物は何？
I eat everything; besides, food is my fuel and I had a big tank the fill up every day. I was always concern about having a lot of fruits and vegetables plus carbo and proteins.
Most of the time I cooked my own food in order to save some money, especially in expensive countries but I must say one of my favorite parts of traveling is to taste new flavors.
私は好き嫌いなくどんなものでも食べます。その上、食べ物は私のエネルギーです。私は毎日、自分の身体を食べ物でエネギーに満ちた状態にしておきたかった。私はいつも果物や野菜に加えて炭水化物やタンパク質がたくさんあることを望みました。
特に高価な国では、ほとんどの場合、お金を節約するために自分で料理を作りましたが、旅行の私のお気に入りの部分の1つは、新しい味を味わうことです。
Indian or Thai food are some of my favorite. What people make in the kitchen is like magic, the mix of spices turn food into a banquet expressed in colors, aromas, flavors and textures. In these countries you could find everywhere people selling food on the streets even less than 200 yens, but my favorite one is the home-made food. In many opportunities local people invited to their houses, I always requested if I could go to the kitchen and order to learn something new.
インド料理やタイ料理は私のお気に入りのいくつかです。人々が台所で作るものは魔法のようなもので、スパイスの組み合わせが食べ物を色、香り、味、質感で表現された宴会に変えます。これらの国では、200円以下でも路上で売っている人がどこにでもいるのですが、私のお気に入りは自家製です。地元の人たちが家に招待する機会がたくさんありましたが、私はいつもキッチンに行って何か新しいことを学ぶように頼みました。
What is important?何が大切？
I consider myself a traveler and not a tourist, for some people, there are no differences in between. In many cases I rather visit small country side villages than touristic attractions.
私は自分自身を観光客ではなく旅行者だと思っています。何人かの人々にとっては違いはありません。多くの場合、私は観光名所よりも小さな田舎の村を訪れます。
Over the time I had learned many things from the people. Everybody no matter where they come from, how much money they have or how dirty they look like they have something to share.
その間、私は人々から多くのことを学びました。彼らがどこから来たのか、彼らがどれだけのお金を持っているか、彼らが共有する何かを持っているように見えるかどうかに関係なく、誰もが。
The main reason of my traveling is to get to know new places and new cultures. People are the most important asset in any country.
私が旅行する主な理由は、新しい場所や新しい文化を知ることです。人はどの国でも最も重要な資産です。

私はほぼ毎日、同じピラティスの動きを４つほど行います。同じ動きをとっても、同じ感覚があることはありません。そこから分かるように、毎日、毎秒私達の身体が同じ状態にあることはないのではないでしょうか？。そんな私達の身体、もっといえば、心、魂に、どんな事が大切なのかが、Allanさんの今回の文章で受け取る事が可能なのではないでしょうか？答えはありません。皆様一人一人で、感じ取って、「感じるピラティス」を楽しんでくださいね♡
